Unstable Rift
Unstable Rifts can spawn into the overworld areas. Entering a rift can send you inside a Chaos Tower, or into a random dungeon or into an unstable version of the area you entered in. Unstable areas have a chance to drop Unstable Dust from monsters when killed.
